Perimenopause and brain health

Brain Heath IS health, and it's particularly important in our perimenopause years.

Among the first symptoms of hormone change for many women are changes in mood - low mood, heightened anxiety or worsening PMS. Or perhaps a combination of all of these. With a side order of insomnia.

And then there's the word-finding issues, not remembering why you just walked upstairs, or the inability to make what used to feel like simple decisions.

This workshop helps you understand why this might be happening and how you can take action for your brain health NOW and for the future.
