6 weeks to keep you going this summer.

Every week you have access to a simple summer bodyweight workout and also to a feel good habit challenge.

The aim is to keep you feeling good, to avoid the change of routine over the summer having a negative impact on your fitness and self care.

Each workout can be done in less than 10 minutes, or you can choose to simply do the warm up and stretch and keep going with the habit challenge.

Super simple, fun and designed to keep you moving this summer.

Frequently Asked Questions


When does the course start and finish?
The course starts on 22nd July and each a new workout will be released for the following 5 Mondays, so a new workout for every week of the holidays. The course finishes on 1st September.
How long do I have access to the course?
After enrolling you'll have access to the course for at least 3 months (so until December 2019)
