I’ve worked with over 1000 women in the last 10 years, getting them started on their fitness and strength journey! This new class is a chance to access all that experience for yourself and build the foundations for a long term exercise habit.

You'll learn how to squat, and lunge safe, how to add weights without injury. You'll get some key core exercise and a walking exercise plan too.

Lesley Waldron is a certified Women's Health coach and outdoor enthusiast. She has a background in personal training and run coaching and a lifelong love of the natural world.

Her aim is to inspire you to take empowered action to support your health for the long term and to share her knowledge with as many women as possible both in person and online.

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
You'll have access to the course for a minimum of 12 months, and to any updates that are made to this course as it develops!
What if I am unhappy with the course?
I'd hate for you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 7 days and we can make a refund.
Is this suitable for me if I'm brand new to strength training
Yes, I've broken the course down into small, simple steps, to help you build confidence and get started with strength training easily. I've also got some adaptations if you have shoulder or knee issues.
Will I have any direct access to the trainer?
Although this course is online only and pre-recorded for your convenience, I will be offering a weekly Q&A in my private Facebook group, so you're welcome to ask questions in there as we go along.
How much time do I need to allocate to this course?
The video workouts are between 10 and 25 minutes long, but you can go at your own pace and stay with the same video for a couple of weeks. Or take a break if you need to. In theory it would be great to make time once or twice a week for the weekly workout, as well as 2-3 short walks. I'll explain as we go how you might be able to habit stack!
What can I expect in a class?
I'll be going back to basics on key strength training movement patterns and posture in a way that can help you feel more confident in building your own routine or attending classes in person or online.
Is it all about strength?
Posture, flexibility, and good form are a also a focus, along with some core work. I’ll also provide you with a walking fitness plan that should fit perfectly alongside the strength programme.
